Ok, for the Devious info., go to the Profile Link in the upper right-hand corner of your screen -- across from your Logout link.
Then, it'll load the Identity tab. Select the "User Page Display."
The dev. info is on the right, and to put a personal photo (like my current one of Azumanga Daioh!, see this screen shot

I'm Hishou ((Alicia)) from MT (admin of deviants club). I was just stopping by to give you a tip about the brushes you asked about!
If you're trying to do it in photoshop, than it's really easy!
When you've made the image you want to have turned into a brush complete -- simply go to the Edit drop-down list, and then select "Define Brush..."!
And there you have a pretty new brush in your listings!!
